  Acceptance: Quality scoring rubric documented in _schema.yaml; >=80% of cataloged entries have quality_score populated based on the actual PDF, not abstracts

  Acceptance: Per-entry YAML files queryable by category/tag/year; cross-references populated; at least 3 synthesized summaries published, all PDF-grounded

  Acceptance: For every author with ≥1 cataloged entry, a documented sweep exists in state/ (per-author tracker file or jsonl ledger) listing all of their in-scope publications with screening outcome. ≥80% of in-scope publications by the 20 most-cataloged authors reach at least pipeline_status=discovered.

  Paywalled indexing tier — make the catalogue honest about the closed-access half of the field

  Acceptance: Schema 2.0 deployed (archive_status='indexed', access_route, purchase_url, purchase_price, paywall_publisher fields; relaxed cataloged invariant). Validator updated. ≥30 paywalled in-scope entries indexed with purchase or alternative-access routes recorded.

  Cognitive-psychology foundations coverage — catalogue the upstream literature that feeds driver safety

  Acceptance: Taxonomy expanded with a cognitive_psychology_foundations category (subcategories at minimum attention_control, executive_function, dual_task_processing, working_memory, perceptual_processing, individual_differences). ≥15 cataloged entries in the new category, sourced from the upstream cognitive-psych literature that feeds driver safety research.

• g-009 · in_progress

  Drive every catalog paper to a terminal state — the deterministic backlog is drained; the autonomous loop now settles residual pending archives (bounded per evening) as discovery refills the pipeline (owner directive 2026-06-04)

  Acceptance: Every paper in the catalog reaches its terminal state: archived OR indexed (OA fetch waterfall exhausted for the rest); every archived paper has a PDF-grounded summary; every paper carries both a topic-axis AND a method-axis tag; every archived paper has verification in {verified, verified_with_issues, unverifiable}; and all discovered/in-progress papers reach pipeline_status=cataloged. Tracked against the reseeded work_queue depths (verify/classify/archive/catalog/summarize/enrich).
